hello linda & ladies!!  i found yesterday's meeting so informative and helpful and was great to see all of you again!  and meet suzanne & pat! it's great when new faces come out.. but seems like the "old faces" disappeared!  thanks again linda for hosting! the 2 hours were so well worth it!!  good luck liz with the optifast!!

Thanks Deb!  It was great seeing everyone out!  I will let everyone know as soon as I have information about Liz. (her surgery is on the 5th).  Great to see a couple of new faces too!  Hopefully we will see some more new ones in the New Year.  It would have been great to get together for a holiday pot luck but everyone's schedules were already so full.  As discussed, we'll look at doing a post-holiday party early next year! 

We will not be soing a meeting in December.  Just the way the Saturday's fall makes it difficult and everyone is just so busy.  Have a great Holiday everyone and we'll see you all soon!
