What are you eating/ doing today? (Friday)
Yesterday I managed to stay on track with food through a breakfast potluck, lunch out with a friend, and dinner at another friend's place. I'm very pleased with myself! Today will be a breeze.
B - Greek yogurt w/ blueberries
S - decaf tea w/ milk x 2; later, 1/2 clementine, turkey pepperette
L - turkey and salad w/ LF dressing
S - grapes and old cheddar
D - chicken stew
S - I'll probably bring a protein bar to the hockey game

B - super large piece of ultra thin crust pizza with so many toppings I can't even begin to list (though I did find the anchovies, damn you Sil)
S - protein shake
L - need a serious cup of coffee. Anything else is gravy.
S - leftover mixed fruit from yesterday, a couple of melba toasts
D - rotisserie chicken, coleslaw, small scoop of macaroni salad

I had some messed up dreams about all my thin friends getting big than having RNY and I was having to take care of them all because I had done it before... no more flavoured water before bed
Today after breakfast I am off to get weighed... eeep! I can't wait to be outta the 4's WOOT!!
B- Protein shake with 1/2 of banana, a scoop of pb2 and scoop of unflavoured protein powder
S- the rest of the breakfast shake (if any left)
L- 3 tbsp ground turkey and green beans (my mom bought me these 2 days ago and they are all I dream about)
S-pepperette and a fruit cup (with water poured out)
D- attempting pork (typed porn the first time) lol tenderlion cooked in the slow cooker and more green beans
S- 1/3 cup of soya nuts
Water and vits in (thank god its almost the 20th so my best friend can bring me home my multi vits from the states cause I am getting low!)
B - 4 TBSP plain oatmeal with 1 TBSP sucralose
S - Cheese String
L- 3/4 cup of pea soup
S- Greek Yogurt
D - 2 ounces of steak with cooked vegetables maybe quarter of patatoe
S - Protein shake

It was all in an insulated lunch bag, but has been sitting out since 12:00am. Too long I guess....right? I have it in the fridge now. It is greek yogurt and a salad with Genoa salami, cheese string, and dressing. Would you chance it?
