last day of optifast woooohooo

Well we can all stop counting the sleeps woohooo.. last day of optifast and tomorrow
surgery in ottawa with Dr Yelle.. will call later today for my OR time.. i can't believe how quickly the last 3 weeks have gone by.
a few bumps along the road , like bilateral sciatica, gout , constipation... but nothing will stop be from saying hello to the OR  room    lol....
thankyou all for the support and i will post when back at home..

Just FYI, from reading posts on here, your battles with gout and constipation may not be over. Gout comes from your body's difficulty dealing with protein, so you just might want to have a plan in place to deal with that.
Also, i was uber constipated on optifast, and that battle continues!

Don't say that heheh... welll i am hoping that when i have my 1st preop check i can discuss this with the Dr or nurse and hopfully get some suggestions ... thankyou so much for your post i truely have learned alot from reading your responses to others and hopefully i will continue to do so .
