Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to all!! Just as a heads up, you will have to supplement iron if you take these post op. We are supposed to get 36 mg of iron per day (18mg) per multivitamin (which 2 is usually the daily recommendation). And with this Multi, there is only 5mg per pill.
Just wouldn't want you ladies stocking up and not knowing that there isn't enough iron in them.
