Liquid silica
Well I was reading on here somehwere how this really helped with the thinning of their hair, but you had to take it for a few months at a time. So I went on my searching journey for it and finally found some at a quaint lil health store it was 15 dollars but I was thinking it'd prob be for a month at least... WRONG it's only enough for a week!!
I just don't have that in my budget, so I'm now looking for liquid filled gel pills if there is such a thing. I guess I don't have to have the liquid it's just that it's been said they take much less time to break down and have the highest amount of silica.
Does anyone have any experience with the silica, and if so what form did or are you using?

My mom takes biotin and vegetal silica. I am pretty sure the silca are in caps. She swears by Swiss Brand but they have been back ordered everywhere since the end of the summer. I would keep your eye out for the Swiss brand as they were very reasonable (compared to other brands and stores) at the Healthy Planet (Bathurst + Shephard in North York). They have a other locations and probably do on line orders. It couldn't hurt to call them.
Good luck!

I took everything that I was advised, expensive products, biotin, collogen etc. It seemed to delay the inevitable. It was 6 months before I lost a hair, then, lots for the next 6 months. Not a big deal in the big picture, but I recommend lots of protein (as I'm sure you know) and a great haircut. It will come back and it will be lovely!
