Honestly now if I could just take back the post and delete it all I would.
I appreciate all the advise I guess I just don't like being told I'm not following the rules or for someone to presume I'm not. That's what was harsh in my eyes. I had menus typed up a month in advance of my surgery and have 3 sets of measuring cups so I can make sure I am doing it all correctly.
My question was poorly written with the "Why shouldn't I?" because I was looking for an answer that would explain why I am not getting a "full sensation". Which is what I should have said. It was misleading.
Looking back now it's all getting out of hand. Obviously I was offended and I have offended someone else. Thus making this post counter productive to the advise we seek from each other and trying to keep positive.
My sincere apologies to those I've offended. I'll be sure to be more clear in my posts moving forward.
