NIAGARA REGION WLS MEETING

 Happy New Year to you all.  There has been a change of date for our next meeting.  Due to scheduling conflicts, we have to change the date from Monday January 16 to Wednesday January 18, 2012.  The place will be the same    YMCA Employment and Newcomer Services -located on Bunting just off Welland Avenue behind the Canadian Tire and Walmart. The address is:   285 Bunting Rd, St. Catharines, L2M 7T9  at 7pm. Open discussion night.   The next meeting date is the same, Sunday January 29, 2012.  We will have a WII workout and open discussion.  Don't forget to bring water.
