Good morning everyone

Off to work for me...

B- packet of cinnamon and spice oatmeal
in my lunch bag:
- 100g container of source yoguart
- last piece of the pizza I made
- leftover quesadilla
- fibre bar
- premier protein shake
- 1/3c cashews
D- not sure yet, we might go out- I will likely have a salad
S- not too sure yet, see if I'm hungry then I will decide

all liquids and vitamins in

I did not eat my quesadilla today, I just couldn't get it in thru the day. I ended up throwig up my lunch- BOOO!
I decided to make goulash for dinner with homemade "potato biscuits"
. hopefully it stays in.

this is the plan.

B - egg, scrambled in microwave, with one ounce light cheese
S - bran muffin with cheese
L - meatballs, veggies
S - yogurt with bran
D - Not quite sure yet, have to pick up car after work...

Off to school for the day.  Feeling a little bit less grumpy than yesterday (I think it's a combination of PMS and way too much stress!).

B - Greek yogurt, strawberries, Kashi Go Lean (2T)
S - decaf tea and coffee w/ milk; later, a small Greek yogurt
L - baby spinach, 1 T sesame seeds, LF lemon dressing, turkey
S - 2 turkey pepperettes, grapes
D - no idea; up to DH
S - maybe a SF popsicle

Pouch is still Grumpy McGrumperson today.  So...just liquids and I brought some cucumbers with me.  Not sure if I'll eat them - depends on the ol' pouch.   After breakfast I was feeling a bit queasy.  That's not normal for me lately.  Usually I feel fine after eating or drinking.  But even now, I'm having tea and my pouch hurts.  Not sure what's going on with it.

Here's my exciting menu:

B/L/D:  Protein Shakes
S: Cucumber Slices - I have a whole cuke and whatever I dont eat I'll keep here at work for tomorrow.

Morning all :)

Quick message before I get down to work. lol  Had a great first day, was exhausted when I got home!

B - coffee with milk x 2 (they have Starbucks here!), protein shake
S - assorted fruit, 21g cheddar, 2 crackers
L - Vietnamese Pho (beef)
S - leftover lunch
D - something on the run - have to go to a visitation early this evening. Ooooh... chicken shawarma salad!

A little bummed this morning - blew the interview yesterday.
Came out feeling like a Mack truck had hit me.

One the bright side - we leave for Cuba tonight, so I can put it all out of my mind for a week!
