Frozen yogurt
You should be going for no added sugar and reading the label thoroughly.
You are more than likely bound to dump otherwise.

Make sure you read the label because even if it is sugar free (which it definitely should be) milk also has natural sugars and carbs. You will be shocked how much sugar regular yogurt had.
Ice cream/yogurt was a binge food for me and so I won't touch it especially before I hit or come close to goal.

I was told by my RD that sherbet, Frozen Yogurt and ice cream need to be sugar free.. but to check the Carbs/sugar because even though it says no sugar added or sugar free there are still some in the carbs she said any item must be less than 10 grams of sugar per serving... if more we have the potential for dumping.
