Super Bowl Weekend

we always host a huge superbowl sunday party,,, with.. wings.. chili,, pizza,,, dips,,, chips... oh... can anyone advise me,, i'm almost three weeks out,,, can i eat anything?  the chili i'm making with ground turkey and adding chick peas... i know the wings will be a no no...

What stage are you at in your eating plan?
Puree some chili if you are on pureed foods good protein there. Hummus is another one.

yummy,, forgot about hummus,,, i'll have the chilli , hummus and just soda crackers... thanks!!!!

There are lots of protein choices that you can puree and eat. Personally I would stick to the protein and skip the crackers (white carbs YUCK). I still stay away from the "whites" for the most part (sugar, flour, rice, pasta).

Wow it's amazing you can have that. I'm almost two weeks out and can only have liquid. I'm excited cause next Tuesday I can finally have cream of wheat and yoghurt. I guess every centre indifferent. Enjoy and eat carefully.

Yipee, Superbowl.
I am doing a carb purge right now and am dreading all the crap that comes into my house for the party.
chili, chicken wings, dips etc. I'll be sticking with a bit of chili and maybe a few wings, i should be able to get thru it, It's only one day. maybe a little glass of wine will help, ha ha.

You can do this, next year youcan enjoy a wider variety, remember it's just one day out of your life.
