GOOD morning everyone

First of all I'd like to thank everyone for their support earlier this week. It gave me the courage I needed to do what I had to and things are looking up ;)

Today is my  Birthday , woot! I have a great day planned. I'm going to get dolled up and go to lunch with my bf, then off to do some shopping. After that, I am going to have dinner with one of my "angelettes"

When I am done writing this, I am heading back to bed for a bit

B- packet of oatmeal
L- out with my man, not sure what I will have yet.. maybe a salad but I will likely be bad today and have a bite of whatever my bf orders
D- soup or maybe chicken and salad
snacks- bran muffin and not to sure what else yet

all beverages and vitamins in

L- 2.3 oz tuna with mustard, 1 ps melba toast, 99 g source yogurt
S- 143 g Greek yogurt
D- beef stew
S- 1/2 cup protein shake

Nothing much going on today.  The usual - working 8-4.  No gym.  Still getting twinges in my back from the pinched nerve.

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
S: 100g Greek Yogurt
L & D: 4oz Shrimp Bisque
S: 21g Cheddar [maybe x2 - one for the bus ride home]

Today I am attending a group meeting at the Weight Management Clinic in Ottawa, should be interesting. I was asked if I wanted to participate and of course I said yes. There will be people from all stages of weight loss. Pre op to years out......


BB- Decaf coffee x 2

B- protein shake

L- leftover steak with steamed fresh broccoli

D- rainbow trout (so far) but that might change as the day goes on, & broccoli

S (if needed) 10 natural almonds
