Great post, Susanne!  You made me realize that I've lost the equivalent of my son too (100 lbs).  I'm pretty sure I couldn't carry him around for more than a couple of minutes.

YEs amazing! For those that have watched the biggest loser. YOu know that challenge they do when they race and carry there weight they have lost and then drop it off as they go. I wish I had started training (walking) carring the amount I had lost along the way. If every week I added on the amount I had lost that week I would be very strong now. Like others said I can't even imagine carry 20 lbs now let alone 120 lbs.
