working today....
How did it go yesterday Barb????
530am- toasted tomato and cheese sandwich
7ish- hi-protein pudding
9ish- greek yoguart w/bran
11am- LC cheese and crackers
1pm- bran muffin
3pm- protein shake
dinner- probably soup today, no sense in making something since my bf is sick and won't eat it anyways
snack- trail mix
all liquids and vitamins in

I'm up early
Was gonna leave the chores for tomorrow but decided to get them done today this way I have tomorrow free & I can do what I want. So.. today is gonna be laundry, cleaning & grocery shopping
Having denser snacks helped yesterday. Especially in the morning. I wasn't starving before lunch. In fact I pushed lunch back an hour!
On the menu today:

S: Chicken Salad or a Protein Bar

Thanks for asking Leanne - I did great and actually had the lowest score I have had in 20 years - will be seeded first in the tournament!
For those who were athletic prior to gaining all the weight - be prepared to lose your center of gravity a bit when you lose so much weight.....I spent the last two years with a coach to get my swing back and equilibrium....but it was worth it and I am so much more flexible and don't tire as easily now that the weight is gone....
Simona - very smart to eat dense snacks....because I start every morning with a protein shake I try to ensure I eat some form of meat or greek yogurt mid morning to fill up.....and maybe some cheese prior to going out to dinner so I don't overeat...
B - protein shake
s - quinoa chili
l - on course in my tiny cooler....ham and cheese roll ups....tangerine.....
s - greek yogurt
d - restaurant....will order fish and veggies and a glass of wine
s - popsicle if I have to
All water and vits plus lots of coffee

I am not sure : ( Last night I ate some chicken that didn't agree with me at all. I was sick for hours until I finally fell asleep and then this morning I woke up and the disgusting nausea is still there. I am about to have the broth of some italian wedding soup right now for breakfast....who would have thought I'd have soup for breakfast. :(

S - decaf tea w/ milk, decaf cafe au lait
L - 2 soft boiled eggs, maybe a bit of ww toast
S - green beans (well-cooked), LF cheddar
D - fish, a few bites of Cajun potato, maybe a few more green beans
S - protein shake (tried a protein bar last night, it didn't go down well)
