Ridiculous low amount of weight loss
Your meals look very carb heavy to me. I'd ditch the fruit, couscous and crackers for sure. Tomatoes also have a lot of carbs, so the spaghetti sauce might be sneaking in quite a few as well. I hope the sauce is very meat heavy. You can make a great morning protein drink with whey protein and greek yogurt and water without the carbs from fruit. Try having a larger serving of just protein at lunch. Having a snack in the afternoon of something like cheese, or deli slice roll-ups will provide you more protein in the afternoon, but the crackers aren't helping you.
I think you'll notice a difference if you ditch the carbs and get your body back into ketosis and burning fat.

..people don't always recognize how fruit should be one of the last things that we consume.
And I agree whole heartedly about a larger protein amount at luynch..that is where even now at 3 years post-op I have a grilled chicken breast...yes 5 days of the week I usually have this for lunch...
crackers yikes this early on..sur eit's convenient..but low/part skim mozzerela cheese strings or Laughing cCow (light) would be better choices.

How much protein are you getting a day? From your example it looks low. As far out as you are you should be around 80gr of protein a day. Try upping you protein, reduce carbs and get exercise in. If I don't excercise I lose a pound a week. With exercise I lose 3. Big difference. The more water the better.
Plateaus can hit at any time..if you keep following the suggested guidelines it WILL WORk.
Not sure what type of exercising you are doing, but if you are burning lots of calories in an aerobic or running/spinning type work-out..your body may be holding on to those lbs or you may in fact be making more muscle...and we all know that muscle weighs mor ethan fat. I am NOT suggesting that you give up exercising, because goodness knows I should be doing more...but take a look around the WWW for informaiton on plateaus or weight stalls and exercising...there is plenty of useful informaiton out there..much better than I could ever try to explain.
I hit my first plateau at around month 8 (and lost almost nothing for 3/4 months..then slowly it staretd again.
keep doing what you are doing...and your body will eventually kick back into gear.
The surgery does work millions of people can attest to it...it all depends on the person and what habits they flal back into, how lax they become and a multitude o other things...the only way this surgery fails....is if the person who had it gives up or breaks TOO many of the guidelines.
