What are you eating/ doing today? (Friday)
I'm off for a tour and meet-the-pricipal at the local alternative school this morning. I think I'm going to switch my son over, even though he'll be horribly upset, because the program in alternative looks like it will suit his special needs much better than the French Immersion program that he's in. Hard choices....
Reading, grading papers, maybe out for pho with my little guy tonight.
B - Greek ygourt, 1/2 pear
S - milky decaf tea, decaf cafe au lait
L - ham, salad w/ LF dressing
S - cheese and strawberries
D - probably pho
S - 1/2 protein bar or shake

For some reason, I am just whacked today.
B - bowl cereal w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 1% cottage cheese w fresh blueberries
L - last of the quesadilla from Mexican resto on Wedn nite
S - pear, blueberry/apple tea
D - ?out somewhere with my out-of-town company?
Multivitamins, calcium and D3 in. Must shop for more B12.

Leanne, I love the turkey kielbasa - to me, it's leaner and I like the flavour. Don't get me wrong, not like I'd turn down regular kielbasa either. Or any other meat for that matter. LOL
Let's see if they fix my skating rink today!
Other than that possible momentous event, it'll be work work work and then home for the weekend - yay! It's Friday Snack Day but I have the feeling the gal signed up for this week won't be bringing a "healthful option" since she's the one who dipped not only her fruit in the chocolate sauce I brought last week, but also her mini cupcake. 
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein bar
S - I guess we'll see!
L - 1/2 small torilla wrap stuffed with roast beef, swiss cheese, lettuce, red onion and a little dijon
S - other 1/2 of my wrap
D - Hmm... in the mood for shrimp, so I think I'll make a stir fry and skip the rice

It's only day 1 so, I am gonna try just Opti and see how it goes.... I was told to not have any more than 20 calories above the 900 from the Opti...... so far, (and I know this is probably to much info)....I have pee'd 6-7 times since 8am!!!! I have to drive a lot tonight!! Hope I can make it the whole way without stopping!!!
A lot of people are commenting on Jello and broth but I thought that would be too many calories.....
