What are you eating/ doing today? (Friday)
Afternoon everyone
Been going like a house-a-fire this morning....and full of **** and vinegar so getting lots done at work
Pre-workout - protein shake
s - one egg bite
l - my lunch date canceled on me....and I looked at the nutrition stats for the fast food places around ( Tims/Wendys/swiss chalet) and they are terrible...soooo....likely the protein bar in my purse....
s - one egg bite
d - home-made shepherds pie...
s - s/f caramel pudding and popsicle
All water plus another litre....plus decaf coffee and tea out the ying yang....you get the picture

Hi everyone, my sleeve is a little different than all your RNY, but here goes my meal plans...
Breakfast: had a slice of multigrain bread with light cream cheese
1 hour later : Tall Starbucks coffee with a lot of milk & sweetner
Snack: zero cherry yogurt with a table spoon of Liberte Zero Strawberry yogurt and about 4 almonds
Lunch: home made soup about 3/4 cup ( potatoes, carrots, beans all mashed up, a little olive oil and kale)
Maybe a decaf coffee later
Snack: maybe a 100 cal bar
Dinner: not sure going to Marche with friends tonight and have no idea what to get, maybe I will try the mussels, have to see what are my options....anyone have any ideas?
Yes then all my vitamins, pills, water inbetween!
