I really hope that will not be the case.....relationships are tough enough without external influences......hopefully this will pass for you and your boyfriend and you can work this out

B - protein shake

s - greek yogurt - blueberry

l - ham and cheese roll ups

d - pecan chicken and carrots

s - popsicle

All water - lots of decaf coffee

Just about to leave for my road trip to New Jersey and Philly! It's def hard to keep yourself in order on the road but I should be fine.

The plan so far!

B-some sort of breakfast wrap on the road
L- half a burger somewhere made protein style (sans bun)
S-Protein Bar
D- Grilled Chicken Salad
S- pepperoni

water and vits in!

Not much for me today, allergies are out of control with this big thaw.  Sorry to hear things are still not good in your relations Leanne.

S - 1/2 cup greek yogurt

L - 1.5 cups beef stew

S - granny smith apple, 1 oz cheese

D - sausage, onions and peppers, grilled asparagus

Back to work today after 7 weeks off!  It feels sort of weird!  I have a super long day today also because of a family session that was booked for me at 6pm!  So...it might not be 730 before I leave work!  Feeling nervous about doing my whole food routine at work but think it will be ok.

B - Boiled Egg
L - 1/3 of cup tuna salad
S - Protein Shake
D - 1/3 cup chilli, 10g of cheddar

Didn't have a good day yesterday...but right back on track today!

Leanne, shift work is definitely hard on a relationship - no sense of "routine".  You hang in there, friend. I know you want to work this out so that you're both happy. XO

Woke up with the left side of my throat KILLING me - swollen, red, sore, gland swollen, ear sore - YAY FOR ME! lol  Ah well. This too shall pass. 

Going out for a team lunch today at a new resaurant in the area cuz they gave us gift certificates. LOL! The lunch menu looks awesome, to be honest, and I'm a little stuck on what to have! Definite NO:  Griddled Lamb Sausages, Smoked Trout BLT, Butternut Squash Gnocchi, Fish & Chips.  Definite MAYBE: Brie Chicken Grilled Cheese, California Grilled Chicken Wrap, Spanish Empanadas, Tuscan Tuna, Bean and Bread Salad, Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad, Smoked Shrimp Tacos.   I am seriously leaning toward the shrimp tacos - YUM!

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - yogurt, handful of almonds
L - I *think* smoked shrimp tacos!
S - lefotver lunch
D - homemade pea soup that our friend gave us yesterday - delish!
