Scarborough coffee group

Hi All,

There are some new people who had asked about this

We do have a group that meets at Starbucks in Scarborough at Kennedy and Progress on Thursdays around 7-9
It is a very informal group. Lots of great people, some who have already had surgery, some waiting.

If you have any questions please PM me. I will be there tomorrow,

I'll be there too!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
