Kingston Assessment Centre
Hi I was wondering if anyone else has heard that Kingston now has an assessment centre. I am not sure which hospital it is at but also heard that once you were done there they would send you to Ottawa or Toronto to have the surgery. I have already had my surgery but would love to be able to travel to Kingston then Ottawa as it's very hard to get someone to take me to Ottawa.
Yes, it is at HDH just opened yesterday with the first orientaion. I would contact Ottawa and as them to transfer you to Kingston.

If your in Kingston one day why don't you drop into the HDH and speak to them. Johnson 3, Racheal is the receptionist.
