Have you ever had a stall?

thanks for even more great replies. I'm not a scale watcher to an extreme. I weigh myself on Mondays and sometimes I forget, but the last month has been slow for loss and now two weeks at the same weight is bugging me because 4 weeks ago I had a gain.
