Thank you everyone for your help and support - my follow-up is at 1050am, onmom.
Don't think I'll try the crackers and have absolutely no desire to return to carbs- lettuce wraps all the way and spaghetti squash (for those pasta cravings! It has become my personal challenge to see how long I can live without because I haven't for so long (and look where that got me).

There are risks and costs to a program; but they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction. -JFK
