Finally a night home tonight - gotta get the airconditioner hoisted into the window - it's gonna be a scorcher.
Looking forward to a full 7-8 hours of sleep - finally.

 B - bowl of oatmeal w SF applesauce, large coffee
 S - homemade fruit smoothie w tofu
 L - low-fat chicken salad on toast (grapes, red onion, mushrooms, lite Miracle Whip + chicken)
 S - 1/2 protein bar, mint tea
 D - salad w grilled fish

Enjoy the weather before the cold front/rain hits on the weekend!

Morning...

Left the house at 6A.M. to drive to a fantastic golf course...had a great time....but hotter than hell....saw some deer and a buck...don't see them very often....and a few sand cranes....they are so funny...they resemble an ostrich

BB - x-large coffee driving

b - 1 large banana - gotta keep the potassium up with all the sweating
      
l - ham and cheese sandwich

s - Greek yogurt

d - out for Italian....will have some nice fish and veggies...likely a glass of wine..

s - WW frozen bar

All water plus plus...lots of  coffee and all vits

I had my one month post op yesterday at HRRH, so today I play catch up with house cleaning and laundry, I will also spent an hour on the treadmill this morning and I am about to get on for my second hour ( I like to spend two hrs a day on the treadmill) I have to pick my boys up from school at 3 than it is off to the dog park with our chocolate lab Georgia or GA as the boys call her lol. some shopping (love Costco) Dinner at 6:00 than softball at 9:00 hoping to get the Dr. approval to play after seeing him on June 4Th for my 6wk follow up but for now I'm ok with playing bench warmer/water girl lol

B -  1/4 cup of plain oatmeal, 1/2 a cup of skim milk

S - Protein shake

L - Mini whole wheat pita with a spoon full of egg salad, 1/4 cup of canned peaches

S - Protein shake

D - 1 ounce of baked haddock, 1/4 cup cooked broccoli, one or two tablespoons of potato

S - Slice of low fat cheese and 2 crackers ( Maybe)

I just wanted to thank everyone for this thread.

I am a little (okay a lot) OCD about food and all the ideas here are amazing (especially snacks - I never have a clue what to snack on). I am even keeping a list of (and trying) some of the ones that appeal to me for now and for later.

You guys are so creative!
