Good morning everyone :)
Well, the day has come and I am on my way home shortly. LOng drive, so I have lots of foods to choose from.
B- everything bagel w/cream cheese
- egg salad sandwiches
- cheese and crackers
- protein shake
- greek yoguart
- peanut m&m's
- weigh****cher lemon cake (perfect size for me)
All liquids and vitamins in :)

Bright cool-ish day today, perfect for walking.
B - bowl of wheaties w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 2nd coffee, cottage cheese w fresh blackberries
L - 1 sl rye bread w liverwurst & pickle
S - 21 g cheddar, 1 apple
D - spinach and poached egg over potato-onion hash

Im having another crappy day. Got on the scale...up 3lbs. I know it's jus****er, I can feel myself bloated but it's still frustrating. But that's not why Im having a crappy day. I just feel crappy and to top it off my mid-year review is today. Im bracing myself to be told how much I suck. I checked my stats - the entire dept is posted online. I went from ranking 34 in Feb to 13 in April. May wont be posted for a while but that's a big improvement. Im sure I'll hear nothing of it.
On the menu today:
B: Protein Shake - 1.5 scoops protein powder w/ 1c. 1% milk
L: 2 Chicken Drumsticks
D: 2oz Meatloaf
S: 142g PC Greek Yogurt, 1/2 pint raspberries, 1 Detour Bar
I really gotta curb the late night snacking. That's been my downfall all week and that's what's causing my bloating. I really have to figure out why Im eating at night when Im not hungry. I know something's bugging me because of my moods lately but I dont know what it is...

Hey Leanne - safe drive....pay attention to the road and not just thoughts of Josh...
..Slept right thru last night so I am back to feeling full of **** and vinegar.....my normal state...lol
B - 2 cups of regular coffee with a splash of milk
Protein shake
L - protein shake
s - 1/2 protein bar
d - trout and lots of veggies to fill up
s - 3 wasa with 3 laughing cow
Apple if I am still peckish
All water - 2-3 litres plus decaf coffee and tea....I am always drinking something....and vits of course

Just back from the gyno for my monthly shot, getting organized here at work, and trying to figure out what the heck I'm having for lunch, since I left my lovely leftovers at home! Gah!
Getting my hair did after work, then home for dinner - perfect day to BBQ, cool and sunny.
B - coffee with 2 oz milk x 3
S - protein shake
L - *whistles* I just checked the menu for the 12th floor today - CRAB SANDWICHES! Yes please! All the guts, 1/2 the bread.
S - any leftover sammie I may have, tea
D - 6 oz BBQ bacon wrapped filet mignon, tiny baked potato, grilled veggies

I cannot tell a lie - I succumbed to the incredible aroma from the patio BBQ and indulged in 1/2 of a Crazy Chili Dog with coleslaw. LOL
