York Region/GTA Meeting, Sunday 6/24 @ 2

Hi guys,

Our next York Region/GTA Support Group meeting will be held on Sunday June 24 at 2:00 pm. It's located Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 & Bayview).

There is a $5 entry fee to cover the room rental & an optional 50-50 draw. We'll also have a clothing exchange and our session leader, Lynn, will be preparing a great WLS topic for discussion. 

Now that the weather is getting hotter & pool party season is upon us, it's even more important to stay focused on our weight loss & maintenance. These meetings are always very interesting & I love the interaction with others who've gone through the same struggle I have. Please make the effort to come out. I promise you'll smile at least once & walk away having learned something valuable.
