instead of trying to do all of these things and NOT accomplishing any of them...why not try and do one every other day or even just a couple of them a week.
Eventhough your husband has just had surgery...I am sure he could entertain your daughter for an hour until you colour your hair or do your nails...or perhaps he could fold the laundry while she is napping to allow YOU some time to do something for YOU.
Remember you are not in this alone and when you need a hand ask for it, as woman we think we have to do everything and that is not the case...asking someone you love who loves you to lend a helping hand is a two way street~!
