Wooohooo Bin!  Congrats on your sucess.  That is a wonderful NSV.  I love fitting into seats in booths too without being squished.

Wonderful news Bin!  I'm still pre-op (Sept 4th is the day!!!) but have lost 50 lbs in the leadup to surgery.  I too am unable to believe how much better I can move.  My hip/leg/back problems are improved dramatically!  Keep posting, I love to hear progress!

Thanks for sharing these wonderful NSV's!You have had an amazing weight loss since your start and you are already feeling and seeing the difference.  I can relate to your story about hurrying up - love it! Also the back pain for sure as I have chronic back pain too like many of us 'heavyweights' do.  One of my fears was ending up in a walker or scooter chair eventually and was a big motivator for me to get this weight off.
