People in our support group thought the baking with it part was okay. However to put it in mash you needed to add a wee bit of cold water to it and then add it to your food AFTER cooking.

It certainly is. My family keeps laughing at me when I make up a new shake because the other whey smelled and tasted horrible so I was making all kinds of faces while drinking it.
