Good luck Monica!!! And congrats on doing a 10k - phew! I'll be running my first 5k @ Sunnybrook park on the 22nd. I hear the Energizer Race is really fun. There's also the Toronto Women's Race 5k/8k in October @ Sunnybrook - I may try that one too :)
