The CRAZY TransCanada Challenge - RULES - (Long....)
RNY on 05/02/12
Hi there,
You can sign me up for 15km/week.
I walk, run and kayak...my bike has to get repaired but that will be at least another 2 weeks. I track my activity on endomondo via my phone's GPS so I will have no trouble keeping track of how far I've gone. (FYI, a free program for smart phone peeps)
Thanks for organizing this.

I've been considering this for several days. I have a foot injury currently but walk several miles per day despite this. I too would like to "sign up" - not sure how much I can do, but anyting is better than nothing at all. I will gladly join any team or just walk on my own to reach a goal. I LOVE this. :)

Thanks for all the work you have put into this challenge! It is going to be fun and it makes me work harder.
I'll put in for 50k a week, just because I know I have some trips coming up and will be doing shorter runs.
I'll be walking/biking for the winter and adding biking next spring when I get the bike out. Right now my bike is in another town
Well, when I am on holiday in Florida and then on my cruise in the Caribbean I can do some miles on the stationary bikes.
There are supposedly some nice trails around here in St. Catharines and the Niagara area if people want to go for a walk down here. Unfortunately all my weekends are booked until the end of October but perhaps in November if the weather is good anyone (in the area or willing to drive) could come to do a trail. I'm sure other areas have nice trails too and I would be willing to take a day trip to go for walks and meet new friends.

I'd like to sign up and I pledge 10 km a week walking/biking. (I may adjust but I want an obtainable goal for now).

Thanks for organizing this. Am really looking forward to it. I think 25k is realistic right now. It will push me but hopefully not kill me LOL. It will be biking, walking, swimming. I find in the summer and fall easy to keep moving but this will help in the winter when all I want to do is curl up with a book.
