CONGRATS!!!!
you are a proven success!!! and I like what you said about the exercise!! many other things too of course!!!

I sometimes wonder if I stopped exercising if it will all come back.... I still do fear regain.. and probably always will....

Thanks for the post, the honesty and the breakdown!!

Thanks. I have been successful so far, I'm not sure if I want to consider myself a success yet.

Maybe that's my thought of regain talking.

I think it's good to keep some sense or 'fear' of regain. Keeps one in check.

I absolutely totally enjoyed reading your success story. Way to go!! Love your honesty.

In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

Yvonne - you deserve all the good things that are coming your way, and the f'ing idiots who say anything negative are just sad sorry people.

Your breakdown of the time periods was bang-on as far as I am concerned, and so was your honest assessment of the influence of others on the journey.

All the best with the next stage of your changes - you're gonna be GORGEOUS!

Thanks for taking the time to post.

Your story really touched me, I have had so many of the same feelings and it's so nice to know I'm not alone.  The way you explained everything in stages was awesome!! You did it! You are a survivor!
I am just at the beginning, and into my 2nd week of opti-fast now  I have 4 more to go, for a total of
6 weeks.  So far so good, but some days have been a real challenge.  I hope I can do this!
Congratulations and thanks again so much for sharing your story, I bet you look and feel great!!

No, you are not alone.

If you are looking to spice up Optifast the OH Recipe Forum has great ideas for "surviving Optifast".

Thank you. I do feel great and you will also!!
