1. Two seared scallops with zucchini noodles with Parmesan (use julienne peeler -thank you eggface)
2. Egg salad with 5 kashi crackers (egg salad must have a little onion in it)
3. Plain Greek yogurt with holy crap cereal
4.eggface slow cooker pot roast
5. egg bites - cheddar with spinach
6. Mini turkey meatloaf
7. Shepards pie - eating about a tbls of the mash
8. Poached egg on low carb toast with cheese
9. Tea fogs - thank you Karen - I do it her way - 8oz milk and tea bag of choice in microwave - heat ( I do in 30 second intervals****il hot, steep to desired flavour and add sugar free syrup (just a touch) - my fave is chai tea with sf brown sugar and cinnamon
10.lunch meat wrapped around cheese slice wrapped around baby dill
