I had my upper GI done today @ Guelph General. The barium wasn't bad it was the darn gas crystals that made me gag! Woohoo! Got a call from the doctors office to let me know all the results were in and that they have a copy for me at the front desk waiting! Keeping fingers crossed that I can get an earlier sleep study appt but not really holding my breath and am quite okay with it not being till January. One more week till orientation! Is it okay to be excited when its just the orientation and not the actual surgery? LOL

At Guelph. I was referred by Dr. Nemni. I'm already having my mom help me out with staying with the kids, it's on a Friday night so don't miss work and don't have to worry about the kids having to go anywhere too early in the morning. Does Kitchener offer Friday nights too?

I remember how excited I was too. The knowledge that things are actually moving forward is a great feeling. All the best.

I know how you feel!  Hey that  sounds exciting to me TOO!  That is how I feel....had my upper GI done yesterday at St. Mary in Kitchener.  I thought I was eating pop rocks!  Wow, they sent the test results fast in Guelph!  We are getting one stepper closer!  I just want to get this show on the road and join the bench!   I know it is bad to wish time to go by but I am hoping it speeds up!   Next step orientation next week in Guelph for me!
