Hey all:

Where do you get time to do all these km?  I did 29.7 km and that included walking to work every morning. I am a walker but I'm going to have to start biking I guess.  My sister suggested a spin class but I'm not sure my 55 year old knees could take it, lol.

almost forgot Team B--your pace or mine

Team B; your pace or mine

62km in total this week. Truck was acting up so hard to walk a lot more than planned and it was fairly nice fall days.

My measly 2 km for Team B won't help much, but I'll post it anyway. I wouldn't be surprized if  I clocked another 1 walking around the hospital after my surgery.

I am apologizing to my team before I post.  I have been ill since last Sunday, so haven't been able to do much at all.  I walked to work only a few times - every time I did, I ended up lightheaded and exhausted.  As of now, I'm feeling somewhat better, but my ears are so plugged it's like I'm living underwater.  Anyway, with my apologies once again, I am posting only 6.4km walking this week.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.
