Is Qptifast lactose free?
Gluten Free?
Dr stated he did not know so Im asking you all ?

Orientation: July 23 2012 Dr Sullivan : August 16, 2012 Dietician, SW, RN, Sept 26, 2012 Dr Sullivan Oct 17, 2012 and pick up Optifast PATTS: October 24, 2012 Surgery: November 6, 2012. Starting weight 277 surgery weight 268

Here is the ingrdient list. I don't know all the hidden words for gluten so not sure but milk protein is the first ingredient.

I found it amazing when I first saw the ingredients that for people trying to get healthy we are given such a load of chemicals and crap to start!

I was told that Optifast was lactose free. I had concerns as I don't do well with milk. not sure about Gluten free. if you can't tell by the ingredients, contact the NUT, she should know the answer.
