Morning;
Tried to stay up to watch all the election results....just couldn't make it...lol.....but I see this morning they have legalized recreational use of marijuana in Washington and Colorado...hehe....no calories either....
They posted the tweet from Donald Trump....this guy has become a caricature
Another packed day at work today....a few extra high protein snacks built in as I have a meeting at 5:30 and wont get home until 7 ish to make dinner....
Eats for losing:
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 1.5 cups of home made veggie beef soup
S - 1 large egg bite
S - 2 large egg bites....just before meeting
D - 4 oz of chicken cordon bleu - no sauce.....2 or 3 small carrots
S - 3 wasa crisp bread with 1 TB of FF creme cheese
FITDAY totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,027, Fat - 44 grams, Carbs - 65 grams, Protein - 98 grams
Percentages=Fat - 37%, Carbs - 24%, Protein - 38%
All water - 2 - 3 litres....plus at least 1 litre of herbal tea ( pumpkin spice and vanilla roobiis )....plus vits

I am 9 weeks post op RNY and I am back to journalling my food intake, Was at the RN and Dietition yesturday who are both very concerned about my irritable pouch, I can eat almost nothing, almost entirely living on full fluids with just a handful of items off the soft food menu.
Breakfast- 1/4 c fruit packed in water, 3/4 slice ww toast with pb
snack-greek yougurt
lunch- chicken noodle soup
snack-1 oz cheese
supper- not sure yet
snack- source 35 cal yougurt.
I would suggest Gravol before your meals to keep things down. Give that a try and see if things improve. Wow I really feel for you.

What Barb???? No PB & pickles today??? LOL! WOW, you've really knocked your carbs down today...I always try to keep mine well below 30. I'm a Carboholic and the more I have, the more I want !
B - Premier Choc shake + 1 T Flaxseed
S - 1 Baby Bell Light
L - 1 c. Low Carb Chicken soup + 1 c. Edamame beans
D - Tuna/Cauliflower Casserole + 1 T Flaxseed
TOTALS: 514 CAL; 19G CARB; 20G FAT; 65G PROT; 12G FIBER

RNY, 3 Weeks Post-Op
I'm working from home today, which is great because I can get my walk in over lunch time. My husband won't be home until later tonight, so I'm flying solo with the kids (makes it tough to work out at night for sure, particularly at this time of year!).
Here are my meals for today:
B - 1/4 cup Cream of Wheat with 1 Tbsp. Protein Powder and SF Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup, 1/3 cup Protein Shake
S - 2/3 cup Protein Shake, Prunes/Applesauce with Metamucil
L - 2 oz Tilapia with Dill Sauce
S - 1/3 cup Protein Shake - Maybe a hard boiled egg mashed up with a tbsp. of light mayo (have been actually feeling hungry after my lunches lately, so was thinking of upping my protein at this time of day).
D - 1/4 Cup of Chili with a Tbsp of Sour Cream, Greek Yogurt with 1 tbsp. protein powder and SF Chocolate Syrup
S - 2/3 cup Protein Shake
Totals for today - 863 Calories, 53g Carbs, 23g Fat, 118g Protein
Lots of water and all vitamins, too.

Isn't it a great day? Just sayin'. At work, busy week, blah blah blah. I am behaving myself today with eating (as I usually do) to make up for yesterday's food ******s.
RNY 6.5 years post-op (maintenance)
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake (this one wasn't lumpy!)
S - 1 boiled egg mixed with a little mayo and onion, 2 melba rounds
L - approx. 4 oz chicken, salad greens, sliced tomato, Blue Menu tzatziki dressing
S - just tea I think
D - approx. 4 oz chicken, onions, mushrooms, peppers
S - ?

First....the food porn....so uncalled for LMAO. Second...yay for Scottish Boy!!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Yay for ME, actually. :)
