Thank you for all the support yesterday. I could not believe how strong the cravings were. I am very pleased to announce that your words of encouragement is allowing me to say today that I have not cheated on Opti one little bit since I started 9 days ago. Love you all.

Good for you! Congrats! I am on day 13 and when I even think about it I remind myself who I am really cheating if I do.....and so far not a bite!

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
