Way to go! It's the home stretch . I'll be. Thinking about you on the 16th - I have no complaints about dr m - I was feelin good shortly after surgery and now starting to get my energy back

I am struggling a lot tonight......I am actually really hungry not just emotional or craving my belly aches and I have a head ache....Not sure why this is happening...It is emotionally and mentally difficult as I honestly want to eat food not junk just feed my body....makes me very sad that I got to this point. I wont eat I know that I am strong but it is taking everything in me not to!

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.

Good for you. I remember i was cooking pasta for my kids and i was tasting it. Just to see if it was cook and god it was soooo good. But that was it. So if you can do it without cheating thats very good
