Costco Kirkland Brand Calcium Citrate

Never had any luck finding just straight Calcium Citrate at Costco in Kitchener. Usually all they have is the liquid stuff and Caltrate Plus.

Today I found Kirkland Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D. Calcium is 315mg with 200IU of Vitamin D.

350 tablets for $9.99, so I purchased 6 of them and may go back for more.

I use to be able to find them in either Ottawa or Montreal, but they don't seem to be selling them lately. Maybe I'll try ordering them online!

I went to a local drug store in Ottawa and got a bottle of liquid Wellesse brand Calcium & Vitamin D3 in one bottle. It says 1000mg Calcium and 25 mcg (1000 iu/ui) Vitamin D3. It was 14.99 for 480 ml.

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.

Try Walmart. It was 10.99 at mine...

1 dose is 2 spoonfuls but you have to split them up anyway so it is 500mg calcium/500IU D3. Just a FYI... The writing ont he back is super small so I had to work at making it bigger so I could read that. LOL

I bought it to try it... I'm pre-op but if you're not keeping it down then no... I've also lucked out and have had celebrate and baiatric advantage to try. WAY better.
