candy canes

Anyone know if sugar free candy canes exist? Or is that just wishful thinking lol

They do but you may have to search for them.

I see them nearly every year but am in a ton of stores so not recalling where...

In a pinch there are those red and white mints that taste like them and are sugar free.

try experimenting with almond flour, that will increase the protein in the cookies too.

If you want a recipe for a sugar-free and low fat (oats have fat so you can't be fat free) oatmeal raisin (or you could do just plain oatmeal or oatmeal chocolate chip) cookie recipe, I have a delicious one I've been playing with.

I am on the hunt for a good tasting sugar free hot chocolate recipe and will post when I find one that is really good. My kids and I love it this time of year! It is hard being an Almost completely American family and household our Thanksgiving is coming in two days. I have always celebrated both Canadian and American for the kids since we came but not this year. I just don't have it in me yet to make a huge feast and entertain.

Let me know if you find the candy canes would not mind those for my youngest as well....he and sugar have a love hate relationship.

Have you checked on the Recipe Forum on here.  The one started by Karen M and a couple others?  The link is in her signature.  I think on Page 3 it has Drinks and Thingys.  There were a couple hot chocolate recipes in there.

Good Luck in finding them. Every year for the last 3 years i have looked for them and have yet to find any. I hear that they are out there but I have yet been able to find them. I almost wonder if they are in the States only. If you find them let me know where
