Nestea Zero while on OptiFast?

Anyone know if you can drink Nestea Zero while on OptiFast?

I did ! It's sweetened with Splenda :)

I also have it as a treat now and again after (caffeine in it so I don't do it often)

I had Crystal Light during Opti which is the same idea, but I did make a point of avoiding all caffeine. If caffeine isn't an issue, it shouldn't be a big deal.

I was told it was ok. I'm one week into opti. I bought a 12 pack and haven't had any yet. Lol trying my best to stay away from the caffeine. Not liking the black coffee. Lol
