Well no apology needed!  Because of you I've been walking more than I use too!  I'm flying to Toronto today & surgery tomorrow morning at 11'am!  I'm so nervous & pretty tearry this morning!

Well I'm down 22 pounds on opti & since 14 aug I've lost 43 pds!!

not sure what I'll be walking next week with surgery & all but this week I had another 5 km for your pace or mine!

See you soon!

It is great that you are doing this for us and we truly understand that things come up. This board is not whole your life.

It has been a slow week for me just 40k. Been a crazy week getting things ready for Christmas. Take care

Things are weird for many of us.  I only managed 20 km for Team B, Your pace or mine.  I WILL do better, I promise.

no apology needed.  We are all "human" and will have good and bad days.

Whatever your challenge is right now - hang in and remember that we are all here for you. Even if all we can do is listen to you scream a few "4-letter words". All silliness aside - I hope you are ok

I walked 15 km last week.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
