SPLENDA SHORTBREAD COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

3 C FLOUR

1.5 C SPLENDA

2 C BUTTER

2 TSP VANILLA

DIRECTIONS

MIX FLOUR WITH SPLENDA

CREAM IN SOFTENED BUTTER

ADD VANILLA

ROLL TO ½ INCH THEN USE COOKIE CUTTERS

BAKE AT 325 F FOR 25 MINS

I made Eggface's Pumpkin Praline Ricotta Bake last night-minus the praline part for me as I am still early out-and it was freaking AMAZING. She has lots of great dessert recipes on her site and the majority of them have protein in them-an added bonus for a dessert!!

Jamie has some amazing recipes that are sugar free and low carb on her blog and pinterest. She follow atkins so much of her stuff is high fat, but I easily modify them to be low fat.
