What is your new years resolution ?

Well for the 1st year in a long time it is not to lose weight and go to the gym.
This year it is to keep getting healthy do more with my family as i can now keep up to them and yes to eat more as i am still not eating all i need to at 11 weeks out.

To finish a half and a full marathon. And post on MFP daily....I want to see that I have logged in for 365 days!

The above helps with my cognitive behaviour therapy.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I do not make New Years Resolution because they are usually broken. However, this year my resolution is to go through with having WLS.

Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW  - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th  Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG

My resolution is simply to stick with the program, stay focused and continue to maintain my weight.

My New Years Resolution is to get my health on track. I have lost a lot of weight but having problem regualting the exercise so it doesn't effect my health. Ah more doctors appointments grr

Stick to my weight loss process and goal , Log on to MFP daily and log all food, and complete warrior dash in July. OOh yes and close my house on time April 1, 2013 so I wont be homeless lol not funny lol. . Learn to enjoy the new mean and all my features that come alone with it

 Orientation: July 23 2012       Dr Sullivan : August 16, 2012 Dietician, SW, RN, Sept 26, 2012    Dr Sullivan Oct 17, 2012 and pick up Optifast   PATTS: October 24, 2012         Surgery: November 6, 2012. Starting weight 277 surgery weight 268
