Yeah, they are really yummy and I feel like I'm having a treat for breakfast. I've tried it with both vanilla and chocolate protein powder and found I don't really need to add anything else to it but some of her suggestions on the website would be good as well. My favourite is with chocolate protein powder. It's a nice combination with the peanut butter and banana.

5 out of 7 mornings I have 3 tbsp of cottage cheese with fresh or frozen fruit with 1/4 cup bran buds and sometimes a sprinkle of granola if I'm feeling wild.

The other 2 mornings I usually sleep in and often just have protein coffee to replace breakfast.

Whatever protein I have left over from supper the night before!  I'm not a breakfast kind of person with the exception of eggs occasionally (I often eat egg salad for a snack at night though, lol).  I guess I'm kind of upside down, Deb!

Can't stand anything "Kashi Go lean", hate their stuff totally!!! But have been able to get Protilife instant protein Oatmeal  down  for the last almost 5 years with a  fruit portion such as 8 strawberries, or a diced apple or pear or banana...whatever you like including sliced  mango or 3/4 cup frozen  blueberries...

You can also do fresh or frozen fruit and 1% milk smoothie with one scoop of your fave protein powder...( in my case vanilla).

- Greek yogurt 0% with fresh or frozen raspberries sprinkled with bran buds

- Melba toast with peanut butter

- Kashi Go Lean Cereal with skim milk and fresh fruit

- Cottage cheese with fruit

I am still having no luck with eggs cooked any way I hope this changes in the future

to give me some more variety!
