Jillian Michael's 30day shred
Hi, I have five of the Biggest Loser DVDs including Jillian's 30 Day Shred. It's quite a workout, and I'm on the beginner level. In fact, just did it two nights ago. Last night I tried her Killer Buns/Thighs. I think these DVDs could be good and show results, IF I stick with them 4-5 times/week. (BTW - I can think of a number of people who I'd describe as the "spawn of Satan", but Jillian M is not one of them.)

I have it & I love it. I found muscles I didn't know I even had!! I like that there are different levels of intensity and I find that the workout goes really quickly, which is a bonus. I have been known to mute her because she is a bit like an ice pick in the ear. But for a serious workout, it's worth it.
I have it and like it, but it's not my favourite. The great thing about it is you get in, work hard, and get out. I see it at Wal Mart all the time for like $9, so its worth checking out if you think you might like it. There are 3 circuits of 3 min strength - 2 min cardio - 1 min abs plus a warmup/cool down. She also has 'Ripped in 30' which is the same style of workout, just different moves.
I find her personality to be a bit, uh, strong, but lots of people like it.
I have it and really enjoyed it. The workout has a quick warm-up, then three circuits and a cool down. I did it for about 25 days because it just wasn't feasible some days to do it. She has three stages (beginner, middle and advanced) that I went through for about 10 days or so at each level. I found it was good because they showed the basic exercise and then a modified version, so depending on your level and comfort with the exercises, you could decide which was better for you. Although I'm not a fan of her on the show, I found her motivating in the videos.
