And don't even get me started that they're putting CHILDREN on the show now.  I wouldn't give Jillian Michaels a dime of my hard earned money.  I've given enough money in my life to diet industry quacks like her.

I haven't tried it but I have a friend who loves her workouts and that's the beginner one she recommended for me.  Although she did say all her DVD's have a beginner person in it lol.
