Do you avoid Pasta?

I have had pasta twice and it went down real good.  It's not a trigger for me so I am not too worried

about having a little bit of it.  I always make sure to get my protein in first, but I found it a nice change.

I have also had spagetti squash and it's okay but I was hungry for pasta!

I have been having a hard time with eggs since surgery no matter what way I cook them, they will not

stay down, your idea of strata sounds like something I might try, next time I get the courage up to have eggs again!

What a great source of protein, and that is one area I really need help in!  Thanks for the idea.

I have started buying Dempsters Bodywise Multigrain. It is lower carb and only 50 calories per slice. I love Stratas made with the bread, eggs, milk, cheese adding whatever you like such as ham chunks and broccoli or peppers and mushrooms. I was thinking of making small ones in little ramekin dishes. One slice of that bread would be enough.

Muffin tins might work too to make them in. And would give you a little smaller portion than some ramekins

Sometimes the best support  you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.
