Any tea that says herbal, has no caffeine, or any that say Decaf.

Hi Crstalww,

You can get alot of decafe teas at most grocery stores. Anything that says herbal id usually caffine free.

I like the Tetly Peppermint, and the Tetly Lemon Balm and Honey is nice too and its herbal.

I also like the loose leaf teas from David's Tea. Lots of choices there and the staff are very helpful.

Good luck with your teas...kiss

Tanya

I would think that herbal tea would be caffeine free.   Maybe this link will help :

Edited to make a hot link.

hi Crystal

I've switched to teas as post surgery I can no longer tolerate the taste of coffee. I enjoy Presidents choice Moroccan Mint green tea, there are many great President choice varieties. Also any Stash premium teas a nice orange spice one that is not too strong- they are also found at Loblaws stores.  Davids Teas stores have a lot of choice for  loose leaf tea.

If you go to one of those tea stores (Teaopia is now Tevana) in the malls (most have them now)... You can check some out and try options.

ALL Rooibos tea is caffeine free and you can get a plethora of flavours.

Some herbals are caffeine free but only if they are not a blended tea with black, white or green tea in them also and this is often the case.

I also tend to mix and match so I have creme caramello, vanilla dreams and an apple and spice one all from Steeped Tea and I make a tea that tastes like caramel apple pie with whipped cream if I add 2 drops of stevia. *looks innocent*

Don't forget... you can make what you like, and put it in a juice jug and cool them in the fridge for iced tea... Berry ones, etc. are pretty good unsweetened.

Besides the herbal and decaf teas that have already been mentioned, rooibos and honeybush are also caffeine free but they don't say it as they are naturally caffeine free.  I personally really like mint and any of the Stash brand herbal teas or even their decaf flavoured black teas. Bengal spice by Celestional Seasonings is also a very good one.  I love the lemon herbal tea and it doesn't matter which brand I buy, they all taste good.  I am not a chamomile tea fan but many are.  And yes they count towards your water intake.

HAHAHA Tracey... Bengal spice, lemon anything, mint... Are you channeling my tea tendencies?

I even match you on the chamomile. *shudder*
