one year later

Congrats on your one year anniversary. You have done an awesome job and look wonderful.

I can relate about the arthritis. Still there but at least we have the mobility and moving around sure helps the joint pain

It was so nice to meet you last saturday, thanks again for the ride, Bryant and I so appreciated it

Yes the mobility was a great motivator. I didn't want to end up not being able to move at all

I find all before and afters inspirational, because frankly they are, but yours has really affected me. You speak of the future with such promise and even fearlessness, I find that very inspirational. hi Pat, congratulations!  these photos speak volumes...what is the location of the cruise pic?  I am most likely to have the R&Y in June - could have had an April date but am taking a vacation in May and have just begun activity on this website this weekend.

 

 

Sorry I did not see this until now. The cruise was to Alaska. A little cold and wet at the end of August but still fantastic. Good luck with your journey. You will find a lot of support on this site
