I saw a post earlier for Costco...
I would like to start stocking up on some stuff, Any suggestions of the type of brands you can get there? any particular favorites?

I would be careful not to stock up too much on too many items, as many find their tastes change after surgery. Pre RNY I was a sugar hound, could NOT get anything too sweet, now can't even look at a mango without gagging... now salt, which never really appealed to me before RNY, salt I crave. Loved red wine before, can't stand it now (sniff), red meat is Ok (used to eat the largest portion of red meat on any menu, NP), now prefer chicken (sniff again). Just sayin, if you stock up too much now you might regret it later. Maybe not, but maybe. If you don't live too far away from Costco I would buy some now, go back post surgery after you know you still like the stuff. Just my opinion.
My suggestion..... if you can, go often..... They sometimes have samples of the premier protein stuff.... I hear so much about it and was tempted to get it....until I tried their sample.... UGH!!!!![]()
I agree with Ian, don't stock up on anything!!!! Try things in small amounts first, then stock up after!! vitamins, protein etc, tastes change and evolve!!!
